Capitol Grand South Yarra is a luxury retail and six-star residential building currently under construction in the heart of South Yarra, one of Melbourne’s most exclusive suburbs.
Since Capitol Grand was officially launched in 2015, Frankly has built upon the landmark brand and marketing campaign created by Claire Skinner, to drive awareness and engage prospective buyers, resulting in over 15,000 marketing leads.
To create the brand and marketing campaign for Capitol Grand, LK Property Group engaged Creative Director Claire Skinner, one of Australia’s leading luxury brand specialists. The resulting iconic campaign featured Academy Award winning actress Charlize Theron and set a new benchmark for marketing luxury apartments in Australia.
Under Claire Skinner’s creative direction, Frankly executed a brand rollout of integrated print and digital assets along with a launch activation to engage prospective buyers and generate leads. Following the official launch in 2015, Frankly has continued to drive brand awareness of the landmark Capitol Grand project both within Australia and overseas.
The design work for Capitol Grand, across both digital and print, has consistently captured the elegance of this landmark development, from the luxury of its apartments and amenities to its stunning views and exclusive surrounds.
Since the time Capitol Grand was officially launched, Frankly has run a wide-ranging lead capturing campaign for the six-star development.
